The hotel was fairly clean. Everyone was competent. Booked a brand-new & double superior room with terrace views. Thanks to very good service, I had a really good stay. I did not want to leave, I can definitely recommend it.

The staff were very welcoming and always pleasant. Our room was relaxing and had pay TV, a seating area, and a writing desk. the bed was comfy with hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. the hotel was in a central location to the more nature-full side of K-Vary.

We liked the Spa.

We did not like that they once they noticed our price for our room they moved us from the originally planned room to a much smaller one on a higher floor. It put the Hotel Attendant in a very uncomfortable situation when he had to ask us to leave the room he just showed us to a much smaller room on a higher floor. We actually finished the room introduction when the front desk called and moved us to the new room.

Just perfect overall experience. Romantic hotel with top-class and caring personnel. Magnificent and good location really close to Town Theatre. 5 minutes walking from the but station. The good service combined with the amazing food.

The Carlsbad Plaza Medical Spa & Wellness Hotel is a beautifully restored place with exceptionally good views of the courtyard. It has an absolutely perfect location in a particularly good area, not far from Plaza, the clinic, and the opulent and famous Grandhotel Pupp.
